Convocation

So here we go again, another price of parchment to receive, another identical speech from the president to look forward to. All the while I'm grateful, for if it hasn't been for my mother who had the good sense to out away a few cents in an education fund, I would not be graduating again. She put together this account for me a few days after I was born! She knew that she wanted to be able to provide an education for her children, to give them whatever opportunities she couldn't have, and because of her struggles and her hard work, I will be crossing that stage yet again in a few days! Alhumdulillah! I owe my success in this life to her. This convocation will be so much better than the last because, all of my family will be there this time! And my sisters! I've missed them so! Alhumdulillah. I almost didn't attend this one as I thought well I've already experienced this and I've got to take the day off work etc etc, but my family insisted and in happy to oblige. It will be fun inshallah. And it's all due to my beautiful, wonderful, mom.
